No fixed price list, on purpose. A quote is a number for a defined scope that you can hold us to. Here is what goes into it and what moves it.
What moves the price
Five things, in order

Site area and complexity
Hectares, number of buildings, how many vantage points or elevations, whether structures need oblique passes.

Deliverables
Photo and video only, or orthomosaic, elevation models, point cloud, volumes, thermal, 360, annotated report. Each adds processing.

Frequency
A recurring programme is scoped once and costs less per visit than the same capture as a one-off.

Accuracy requirement
Survey-grade outputs need ground control placed and surveyed. That is field time and it is stated separately.

Location and airspace
Travel outside the operator’s area is a separate line. Controlled airspace adds lead time, rarely cost. An SFOC adds both, and we say so up front.

Questions
On money, specifically
Why not just publish prices?
Because two sites that sound the same on the phone can be very different jobs. A hectare of flat gravel and a hectare of active downtown construction are not the same flight. A quote for a defined scope is a number you can hold us to. A price list is not.
What does a quote include?
Scoping, airspace authorisation, travel within the stated area, the capture, processing, QA, delivery in the agreed formats, and the flight records. Anything that is not included is listed as not included.
How does payment work?
A deposit on acceptance of the quote, and the balance on delivery. Recurring programmes are invoiced per visit or monthly, whichever suits your accounts payable. Net terms are available to established clients.
Is a recurring programme cheaper per visit?
Yes. Scoping, airspace and the flight plan are done once; each visit after that is the flight and the delivery. The per-visit figure on a programme is lower than the same capture as a one-off.
What if the weather stops the flight?
We move the date and tell you as soon as we know. There is no charge for a weather cancellation. If we are already on site and the weather closes in partway, we finish on the next possible day at no extra cost.
Do you charge for travel?
A quote states the area it covers. Sites beyond it carry a travel and mobilisation line, shown separately, or are dispatched to an operator closer to the site.
