The problem

Semiah is a condominium by Marcon on the hillside in White Rock, above Semiahmoo Bay. Once complete, Marcon needed photography of the finished building that showed the two things the project was built around: the stepped, ocean-facing terraces and the view across the bay to the islands.

What we captured

Aerial stills at three heights and times of day. Close alongside the facade at terrace level, so the glass balconies and the water behind them read together. Straight down from above, where the terraces stack into the building’s signature sawtooth. And at dusk, with the units lit, from directly overhead.

What changed

The completed building, photographed to match what the marketing had promised. The images went into Marcon’s project record and marketing for the remaining homes.
