MDM Construction: Legacy on Park Avenue, photos and tour

The problem
Legacy on Park Avenue is a six-storey apartment building by MDM Construction in Langley City, sold by Ben Gauer and his team at Royal LePage. The sales team needed two things: photographs of the finished building that did it justice, and a way to show a buyer the whole property, where it sits in the city, the lobby and amenities, and the suites themselves, without booking a site visit for every enquiry.
What we captured
Aerial stills at blue hour and at sunset, when the curved balconies and the lit units read best, plus a night frame from street level.
And a complete 360 virtual tour. It opens in the air above the building at dusk, with information hotspots on the neighbourhood, then goes inside: the lobby, the grand lounge, the fitness centre, and two furnished show suites walked room by room, living, dining, kitchen, laundry and storage, master bedroom, walk-in closet, ensuite, second bedroom and bath, with notes on the finishes where the sales team wanted them.
What changed
The sales team had listing photography and one link that answers “where is it, what is around it, and what does a suite feel like” before a buyer ever comes in. The tour did the first showing.
