Once drywall is up, every question about what is behind it costs money: an opening, a trade call-out, an argument. Most projects take some photos before cover. Few can find them two years later, and fewer can say where on the plan they were taken.
A scheduled 360 site walk captures the whole floor, on a set route, pinned to your plans, on a set date. Open the plan, click a room, see it as it was that week. It is reality capture for the inside of the building, and Ben has been a 360 specialist for ten years.

Nothing here is a selling point. It is the minimum you should demand from anyone who flies on your site.
Transport Canada Advanced RPAS certificate
The advanced certificate is the one that permits flight in controlled airspace and near people. Every operator Lensdrone dispatches holds it.
Commercial liability insurance
Insured for commercial RPAS operations. Certificate of insurance available on request, naming your company where required.
NAV CANADA airspace authorisation
Controlled airspace near airports needs authorisation before each flight. We handle the request and build the lead time into scheduling.
SFOC where needed
Some operations, such as flights over 122 m or beyond visual line of sight, need a Special Flight Operations Certificate. We tell you up front if your job needs one and manage the application.
Site safety briefing
We attend your site orientation, follow your PPE and access rules, and brief your team on where and when we are flying.

FAQ
Questions people ask before booking
We already take photos on site. Why 360 walks?
Photos are of the thing someone chose to photograph. A 360 walk is of everything, on a route, pinned to the plan. The value shows up when the question is about something nobody thought to photograph.
Is this a drone service?
Interior walks are captured with a 360 camera on foot, not a drone. Exterior walks may add aerial captures. It is on Lensdrone because it is the same specialist and the same buyer: someone accountable for a site.
How often should we walk?
Weekly during rough-in and finishes, when the most is being covered up. Biweekly or monthly on slower phases. Always at pre-drywall and pre-ceiling.
Does it work with our existing platform?
Yes. If your team already uses a 360 documentation platform, we capture to its spec and deliver into your account. If not, we host it and you get a link.
Who has access?
Whoever you say. Per-person access, view-only for the owner, editing for the site team. You own the captures and keep them after the project.
Can you do exteriors and the site too?
Yes. The exterior route and the aerial captures from construction progress monitoring can be part of the same programme, so the whole project is in one place.
